Lone, who has capture the then attention of genre-defying legendary artists like Radiohead and Gilles Peterson, will be touching down at VENT!

He’s released works on labels like R&S, Dekmantel, and Werk Discs to critical acclaim. This year Lone announced that he would be launching a new label, Ancient Astronauts. This upstart representing the new generation of electronic music will be making his first appearance at VENT, on November 22nd!

Influenced by UK Raves and Detroit Techno, Lone appeared on the scene with the post-dubstep whirlwind that swept through several years back. The album “Ecstasy & Friends”, released on Actress’ imprint Werk Discs back in 2009, and the subsequent release “Emerald Fantasy Tracks” became a hot topic among early listeners, and then in 2012 Lone released “Galaxy Garden” on the famed R&S Records, solidifying his position as a top, global producer.

In 2011, Lone was selected to remix Radiohead, and in 2014 Gilles Peterson selected “2 to 8” as the best track. Lone was recognized as a genre-defying, top act. In the past, he had played at Red Bull’s EMAF Tokyo, as well as Taico Club, showing off his skills to huge Japanese audiences. He’s even been compared to Boards of Canada!
