７インチレコードのみで１曲ごと交互にバック・トゥー・バックでかけ合うスタイルで、国内外の音楽フェスや様々なパーティーでプレイしているレジェンドデュオと日本が世界に誇る45’s Wizardとして2024年にはオーストラリアツアーを成功させ、今も世界中に熱狂的なファンを増やし続けているDJ KOCO aka SHIMOKITAがVENTに登場！

ROOM1には、気鋭のアーティストの来日サポートやRainbow Disco Club、FUJI ROCKへの出演で飛躍をとげる東京拠点のハウスミュージック・コレクティブCYKからNariと、DJ SPINNAやJay Danielの来日公演でのサポートも務めたHEAVENをラインナップする。

ROOM2では、NYのアンダーグラウンドシーンで１０年以上プレイしダブからディスコまで幅広い選曲が魅力のAndre Mcleod、ジャズをベースに幅広いトラックをシームレスにプレイするMizuki、DJユニット50MinimalsとしてVENTの人気パーティー「TOGENKYO」を中心に活動しディスコ・ハウスを軸にしながらジャンルを越境する選曲に定評があるSoma、ダンス経験を活かした”踊れる”音楽をテーマに幅広いジャンルの選曲でプレイする永z遼がプレイする。

Captain Vinyl and DJ Koco aka Shimokita, two legends representing Japan on the global stage, join forces as double headliners

The legendary duo Captain Vinyl, known for their unique style of playing exclusively 7-inch records in a track-by-track back-to-back format at festivals and parties across Japan and around the world, comes to VENT alongside DJ Koco aka Shimokita, Japan’s internationally acclaimed “45’s Wizard,” who successfully completed an Australian tour in 2024 and continues to attract devoted fans worldwide.

Room 1 features Nari from CYK, the Tokyo-based house music collective that has gained momentum through performances at Rainbow Disco Club and Fuji Rock as well as support appearances for leading international artists, alongside Heaven, who has supported Japan performances by DJ Spinna and Jay Daniel.

Room 2 features Andre McLeod, whose decade-plus presence in New York’s underground scene is reflected in selections spanning dub, disco, and beyond; Mizuki, who seamlessly weaves together a wide range of music rooted in jazz; Soma, a member of the DJ unit 50Minimals and a regular at VENT’s popular party Togenkyo, known for genre-crossing selections centered on disco and house; and Ryo Nagase, who draws on a background in dance to deliver wide-ranging sets built around the theme of music made for the dancefloor.
