ATA, the highly influential (even Ricardo Villalobos has said he's a big influence!) DJ and operator of one of the most important clubs in Europe, Robert-Johnson in Frankfurt, will be making another appearance at VENT!

We’ve been waiting a long time for ATA to come back to VENT! It’s no exaggeration when we say we have a history with ATA, since he performed at our inaugural party back in 2016. He’ll be hitting the decks and making the dance floor quake again on August 4th at DISKO CLUBB, organized by MONKEY TIMERS, here at VENT!

The multi-talented ATA has had one hell of a career and it’s obvious if you look at his profile. He’s founded labels like Klang and Ongaku, releasing Ricardo Villalobos’ debut album, as well as works by Roman Flügel and Isolée. He also runs Robert Johnson in Frankfurt, easily one of the most important clubs in Europe, where popular parties like Richie Hawtin and Ricardo Villalobos’ R2R, and Dixon and Âme’s Innervisions are held. The 250-people capacity club has also been the place for regular events held by the ever-popular Kompakt label. He’s even gone on to launch the Live at Robert Johnson label, releasing mixes by Dixon, Prins Thomas, and Ivan Smagghe, just to name a few. It goes without saying how influential ATA has been throughout the European electronic music scene!

Not only is ATA a genius behind-the-scenes, but he’s also an absolutely brilliant DJ! Thanks to his deep musical knowledge, his sets span a wide range of music – sometimes weaving Balearic soundscapes, enshrouding the audiences all over the world in a cloud of euphoria. We’ve been continuously updating our sound system here at VENT so that artists and audiences alike can have a high-quality sonic experience, and we’re very excited for you to join us for this magical evening with our good friend ATA!
