まさに真のDJと言っていいだろう。Perlonレーベルの顔役としてZipとともにPanorama Barの名物イベントGet Perlonizedで2001年からプレイしているレジェンド、James Dean BrownがVENTに登場!! サイケデリックなソウルと、ハウスの前進力を強烈なイーヴンキックに乗せて奏でるJDBのプレイは、オーディエンスの動かし方を熟知した、まさに” マスター “だ。待ち受けているのは狂乱と熱狂のみ。
プロダクションにおいても比類なき作品を残しているJDB。特にHypnobeat として80年代初期から続くプロジェクトでは、マニアが血眼になって探している、もはや伝説と呼ばれる2本のカセットテープ作品を残し、” テクノ ” という言葉が定義される前から “ プロトタイプテクノ ” を鳴らしていた事実は見過ごせない。現在は、世界のフロアーからラブコールの絶えない Helena Hauff とのライブプロジェクトとしてHypnobeat は継続している。

Producing that legendary two cassette tapes, and has been playing prototype techno before techno was even a thing. Legend does not stop there, even now he continues live project Hypnobeat with Helena Hauff with getting so many love call from all over the world.
