Lauded by the world’s top artists like Tale of Us, Scuba, and DJ Tennis, Mind Against, who has reached the apex of creativity, will be performing at VENT!

Having reached the apex of creativity, Mind against have garnered worldwide popularity and have been featured at many a large-scale music festival. Now, after three long years, they will be making their way back to Japan to drop a very special performance for us at Brian Ray, only at VENT, on May 17th!

Mind Against are Italian fraternal duo Alessandro and Federico Fognini, who are now based in Berlin – their musical roots combine IDM with techno and house. In the studio they manipulate synths and percussion instruments to weave emotion-filled, musical narratives – one-of-a-kind material that will still fill dance floors. Their brand of techno flows smoothly to generate a special moment in time in the otherwise chaotic backdrop of the nightclub.

Mind Against debuted in 2012 on DJ Tennis’ Life and Death print. They went on to collaborate with Tale of Us, were featured on a compilation released by Cocoon and Recondite’s Plangent label, gradually but firmly sealing their position as mainstay within the scene. Recently, they’ve been busy dropping releases on Tale of Us’ Afterlife label and Scuba’s Hotflush – it goes without saying that they are now pretty well-known.

This time around, Mind Against will be playing at the Brian Ray party. Brian Ray has teamed up with K.E.G. and Mustache X (all born in 1978) to produce and deliver a new house music party concept to be held at VENT. Their party last May at Vent, which featured Talaboman, was a smashing success. And now, this year’s event will be extra magical with Mind Against manning the stage – so don’t miss out!
