デビューをきっかけにMoominは、Smallville、Wolf、Laid、Fuck RealityそしてAimなどのレーベルからのリリースを通じて、彼のユニークなインナーワールド・サウンドをさらに定義してきた。3枚目のアルバム”Yesterday’s Tomorrows”では、暖かみのあるテクスチャーによるラグジュアリーさ、微妙に変化するトーン、少しずつ変化する複雑な構図といった紛れもないMoominの特徴的なサウンドはさらに深みを持つようになり、この作品は世界で大絶賛された。

2007年にベルリンに移住して以来、Panorama Bar、TresorそしてAbout Blankのなどで頻繁にプレイしてきた。ここ数年はロンドン、メルボルン、ニューヨーク、パリ、モスクワ、東京のクラブやフェスティバルのDJやライブセットで世界中を回ったため、その影響力はさらに絶大なものとなている。Resident Advisorもドイツ屈指のディープハウス・プロデューサーとして特集を組む稀代のプロデューサーによる4年ぶりの来日公演をVENTのフロアで堪能してほしい！

Respected, leading German deep house producer Moomin, who has received praise from Resident Advisor, will be making his way to VENT.

Due to the health condition of his family, Moomin cancels the gig at VENT on 7th February.

The party will open from 11pm on Friday without Moomin and CMT will appear.

We refund the advanced tickets. Please forward the purchase confirmation mail from RA to japan@residentadvisor.net .

Moomin’s beautiful and introspective house music evoking feelings of resplendent nature have been a hot topic! Touting the idea of “modern house music magic”, Moomin broke onto the scene with his 2011 debut “The Story About You”, and now we are stoked to have him show off his skills at Omotesando VENT, on February 7th!

After his debut release, Moomin went on to release on numerous labels, including Smallville, Wolf, Laid, Fuck Reality, and Aim, further defining his unique inner-world sound. His third album, “Yesterday’s Tomorrow” boasts warm textures with a tinge of luxury, subtly shifting of tones make for an intricately designed composition that change little by little, delving deep into what can only be described as distinctly Moomin. This album garnered high acclaims, the world over.

Since moving to Berlin in 2007, Moomin has frequently played at Panorama Bar, Tresor, and About Blank. Over the past few years, he has traveled all over the globe DJing and performing live sets at clubs and festivals in places like London, Melbourne, New York, Paris, Moscow, and Tokyo, further expanding his sphere of influence! Resident Advisor even did a special piece on him, touting him as a rare breed and one of Germany’s top deep house producers. It has been 4 years since his last Japan visit, and we are extremely pleased and excited to host him at VENT! Don’t miss it!
