Leader of Homopatik – dubbed the greatest party in Berlin – Mr. Ties will be making his long-awaited return to VENT on December 1st to play at Monkey Timers’ Disko Klubb party! Mr. Ties’ techniques have been tried, tested, and perfected over years of playing at events. He comes equipped with 3 turntables, mixing multiple genres and styles, mesmerizing the audience with his sound and skills. Don’t miss this turntable technician’s comeback gig!

Even in his teens he craved music. Years of being in and on the scene helped nurture his desire to break into music, and little by little he evolved into a DJ, then yet again into a producer. Along with Danilo Rosato, he set up the periodically held party Homopatik at the ever popular Berlin venue “://about blank”, delivering an atmosphere of pure freedom, congruent to his cheerful and uplifting sounds, to the cutting-edge crowd of clubbing Berliners. He’s been lauded as a genius-level DJ by Resident Advisor, as well.

Additionally, at the passionate behest of Mr.Ties himself, Kenji Takimi, pioneer and influencer with over 25 years of history in the Japanese Leftfield/Alternative/House/Disco scenes, and owner of the Crue-L label, will be hitting the decks!
