The highly talented Redshape, who has been receiving some serious head nods by the likes of Maceo Plex, Modeselektor, and Gerd Janson, will be coming to VENT!

Redshape’s live performances are a one-of-a-kind, high-energy experience, with the added extra of a hyper-passionate DJ style, which could only be executed by the likes of genuine record collector. He has received great feedback from his releases via top labels, and now Redshape will be showing off his skills at VENT, on November 11th!

Within that massive electronic music scene, the number of artists who have had a long-lasting career are few. However, Redshape, whose career has spanned over a decade now, has covered a lot of ground. He has been deeply inspired by various styles of music, with particular affinity for Detroit and Chicago sounds. Furthermore, with a passion for sound engineering, his main goal is to create sustainable content by interpreting his roots into a modern framework; an intermediary between past and present. And as a result, he has released a copious catalog of records including three albums on top labels, such as Delsin, Running Back (spearheaded by Gerd Janson) and Monkeytown Records (lead by Modeselektor).

His live performances are impromptu acts of pure music. Maceo Plex has featured Redshape at his resident parties all over Europe, including Ibiza. Removing his trademark red mask, Redshape will be making his first visit in 9 years to Japan to deliver to us what will most definitely be a night of surprises!
