これは超強力なラインナップ！石野卓球率いるWireやSterneでの出演で日本でもおなじみ、ベテラン中のベテランにしてヨーロッパのテクノシーンを牽引してきたSecret Cinemaと、Ostgut TonやMarcel DettmannのMDRの主要アーティストにしてBerghainのレジデントを務めるAnswer Code Requestが揃って4月20日のVENTに登場！

Secret Cinemaは、90年代からDrumcode、Cocoon、Gemなどの優良レーベルからリリースを重ねてきた。その作品はSven Väth、Carl Cox、Adam Beyerなどにも多大な影響を与え、伝説のLove Paradeでも炸裂してきた。特にキャリアの初期の頃はDJではなくテクノをライブスタイルで披露するという当時にしては異質のパフォーマンスが話題になり世界中のクラブやフェスへの常連となり、最近でもADEで3000人規模のイベントを成功させている。

Marcel Dettmanに見出され、Ostgut TonやMDRからのリリースが話題になり瞬く間にBerghainのレジデントを務め現代のテクノシーンにおいて強烈な印象を残すAnswer Code Request。ベルリンのアンダーグラウンド最高峰と言っても過言ではないダークでソリッドなハードミニマルスタイルは世界中のテクノラヴァーを唸らせてきた。

新旧のヨーロッパシーンを象徴する2人のアーティストに加え、Mind OffのDani Savant、Black SmokerのDJ Yaziも出演し、Re:birthが送るパーティー、Re:inventは何かが起こる一夜になるだろう！

For 2018, we are proud to present a new series of Techno events by Re:birth Festival in VENT which we are suitably calling Re:invent!!

After an amazing debut event with PETAR DUNDOV in February, we are excited to bring you the second edition of Re:invent on April 20th! This time we have put together a huge double header with special guests SECRET CINEMA and ANSWER CODE REQUEST!

SECRET CINEMA is well known to the Japanese techno scene and has a long history of performing in Japan, as well as throughout the world. He has played 4 times at the legendary WIRE festival at the Yokohama Arena as well as most of the major clubs in Tokyo, including ageHa, Womb, Unit, Warehouse702, etc! Secret Cinema, with his releases on Drumcode, Cocoon and Gem Records, has a very wide range in his repertoire, but for Re:invent, we have asked him to play a Drumcode style set, so be sure to check it out!!

ANSWER CODE REQUEST is a resident at the legendary club Berghain in Berlin and has recently released his 2nd album on their label, Ostgut Ton. With releases from Tobias., Planetary Assault Systems (Luke Slater), Marcel Dettmann, Function and more, Ostgut Ton is one of the hottest labels in the Techno Scene and Answer Code Request fit’s perfectly with the feeling and quality of the label. In ROOM2, we are excited to present the Boshke Beats Lounge. Boshke Beats, started in May 2000, is a label run by ALEX TOLSTEY who played an amazing set at Re:birth 2017! The lounge will feature techno by Boshke Beats Japan Crew, TEZ, TOMO HACHIGA, YUTA and EMIKA ELENA!! Not to be missed!!

We are also happy to have DJ YAZI, Half of Twin Peaks with Haruka, opening ROOM1 and Re:invent resident DANI SAVANT closing out the night!! A night of pure Techno bliss awaits you all!! Don’t miss it!!
